How long will UK delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days, and standard delivery then takes 3–5 working days — so most UK orders arrive within a week of ordering.
Need it sooner? Express delivery is £3.99 at checkout. Either way you’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. Nothing is added at checkout.
Express delivery is £3.99 if you want it faster. We also ship to the EU (£14.99) and the rest of the world (£23.99) — international orders may attract customs or import charges, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. It needs to be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging — for hygiene reasons we can’t accept bedding that has been slept on unless it’s faulty.
Email Habithomely@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions within 1–2 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing — in which case we cover it. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
How do I care for my bedding and towels?
Most of our bedding is machine washable on a cool, gentle cycle, tumble dried on low. Always check the care label on your specific product first — finishes vary, and the label is the last word.
As a rule: skip the bleach, go easy on fabric softener (it coats the fibres and reduces absorbency on towels), and avoid high heat in the dryer.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Every transaction is encrypted with SSL and processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. Your full card details are never stored on our servers.
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Email Habithomely@gmail.com as soon as you can with your order number and we’ll do our best — we dispatch within 1–2 working days, so the sooner the better.
Once a parcel is with the courier we can’t recall it, but you can still send it back under our 30-day return policy.
